No — and we mean this architecturally, not as a promise. Your master password is used to derive an encryption key locally. Only ciphertext ever reaches our servers. We are technically incapable of decrypting your vault.
Your data is encrypted with your password-derived key. Without your master password, your vault cannot be decrypted — by us or by anyone. We recommend keeping a secure backup in a trusted location.
Yes. Encrypted ciphertext is stored on Firebase's infrastructure with redundant backups. However, we always recommend exporting and printing critical information as a physical backup.
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrading will retain your encrypted data — you simply lose access to premium features until you re-subscribe.
